Campaign Participation
How do I access the CoreLogic Employee Giving Site?
You can log in through the direct login link: https://corelogic.americascharities.stratuslive.com/Users/Account/LogOnReturnUrl=%2F
First Time Users: From the login page, click "Lost your Password?" and enter your CoreLogic email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email. Click the link to change your password, and in the Password box, enter your new password. Click "Log In."
To Log Out: Click the drop down from your name in the upper-right corner of the home page and select "Sign Out."
How do I find charities to support?
You will find hundreds of charities listed in our giving site with descriptions of services, address and website links. You can select "Give Now" from the homepage, and enter your credit card information and the amount you would like to pledge. Next, select "Continue" and "Find a Charity." You can search alphabetically under the browse charities tab, or you can use the search tools to locate a charity you want to learn more about or support.
If the charity you wish to support that isn't listed, you can request to have it added by scrolling to the last page of the list of charities, and selecting to add a "Write-In." You will be required to enter the charity name, website URL, and country of origin. America's Charities will review the information you provide to confirm non-profit 501(c)(3) status.
Who can participate?
Regular part-time and full-time U.S. employees can participate.
Will CoreLogic match my charitable donation?
CoreLogic does not currently sponsor a Corporate match program. However, we do hold designated Corporate match campaigns throughout the year with our Corporate-sponsored charities. During company designated giving campaigns, CoreLogic will match charitable contributions made by employees through this portal. Information regarding designated corporate match campaigns is distributed during campaign periods through email, The Core, as well as, this site.
Is there a way to find volunteer opportunities through the CoreLogic Employee Giving Site?
Yes. You can find volunteer opportunities by selecting "Become a Volunteer" from the home page and visiting the link to VolunteerMatch. In addition, U.S. employees may utilize their Volunteer PTO time to donate their time in support of their local communities towards a charitable 501(c)(3) organization of their choice. My Contributions
How do I contribute through the Employee Giving Site?
You can contribute to any charitable organization with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit or debit card. You will also have the option to make a one-time gift or a recurring donation by choosing from the additional options presented when making a pledge.
When will my gift be processed and received by my charity?
America's Charities distributes all of CoreLogic employee donations on a quarterly basis, even if donations are made on a different schedule such as on a monthly basis. This is the most cost-effective method and allows the charities to receive aggregated funds each quarter.
What payment methods are accepted?
One-time Credit Card Donation: Your donation will be charged to your credit card and processed immediately (1-2 business days by your credit card provider). To cancel a pledge made via credit card you must contact your credit card provider.
Recurring Credit Card Donation: Your donation will be charged to your credit card and processed immediately (1-2 business days by your credit card provider), and the amount you pledged will recur as you specified during the pledge process. To cancel a pledge made via credit card, you must contact your credit card provider.
What profile information do I need to provide in the user fields when making a donation?
You are only required to provide your CoreLogic email address, first name and last name. All other fields are optional.
I noticed the form asked for your gender, date of birth, and ethnicity. Do I need to enter this information to make a donation?
No, you do not need to provide the additional demographic information to make a donation through the CoreLogic giving site.
I noticed a fee is applied when making a donation with my credit card, is that correct?
Yes, your credit card company will charge a fee for each transaction which will be deducted from your donation. Visa/MC 2.8% + .2/transaction, PayPal 2.2% + .3/transaction
How do I cancel a donation?
Credit and debit card gifts are processed immediately. Please contact your credit card company directly if you need to make any changes to your donation.
Are my contributions tax deductible?
Yes, your contributions are 100 percent deductible for the current tax year. Please print a copy of your gift receipt for tax records. You can login to locate any information on donations at any time. The online system will provide you with a record of your contribution for tax purposes.
Is my giving history available?
Yes. You can find your giving history by clicking the "Give" dropdown on the upper left of the home page and selecting "My Giving History."
